I called this service to repair my washer $65 just to do an assessment ... when the repairman arrived I asked him to look at my dryer too .. he could fix both washer $500 & Dryer he didn’t say how much the dryer would be because he had to take it apart first. I ended up just getting the dryer fixed because I could purchase a new washing machine for $500 so my total bill was $180 just to lube & grease a bolt on the back of the dryer . I think it was a bit over priced but he arrived on the same day I called and it only took him 30 to 45 minutes to get the job done ...my repair person was so very nice. He was a lifesaver! He came on a Sunday when my stand up freezer broke and was defrosting all the food in it. He was able to put a temporary fix on it until all the parts came in which saved everything in my freezer. During the week he kept in touch about the status on the parts and once they came on came to fix it right away. My mom and I are immune-compromised and he wore a mask both times he was here to make sure we stayed protected. He was very nice, came when he said he would be here. He was one of the only pros that even answered on a Sunday and was more than happy to come to save my freezer from defrosting. His rates are fair and he didn't gouge me for a Sunday emergency call. I would 100% hire him again AND recommend him!
